ARROW SKILLS

Skills matrix software for services teams

What can our people actually do?

Skills is the capability register — the authoritative record of what each person can do and to what level, with certifications, assessment dates and the business units they sit in.

What Arrow Skills does

  • Skill levels per person, with assessment dates
  • Certifications and their expiry
  • The supply side of every capacity calculation

Who it is for

HR, practice leads and resource managers who need a trustworthy answer to “who can do this?” — and want to know before a certification lapses.

Standalone, Skills answers its own question. Inside Arrow it shares one sign-in, one people directory and one licence store with every other product.

Arrow Skills FAQ

What does Arrow Skills record?

Each person’s skills and the level they hold, when they were last assessed, the certifications they hold and when those expire, and the business unit they belong to.

How does it connect to capacity planning?

Skills is the supply side. Arrow Capacity groups each person’s available hours by the skills recorded here, so a shortfall is always a shortfall of a specific skill.
