This notice covers the information you give us through the forms on this website. It is written to meet the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Only what you type into a form — your name, e-mail address, company, phone number if you give it, and your message — plus the time it was sent and the IP address it came from, which we keep to stop abuse.

Why we collect it

To reply to you: to arrange a demo, send a quote, or answer your question. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

The Rocket Enterprise team who handle sales and support. It is stored on our own servers in South Africa.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in conversation with you, and for no more than two years after our last contact unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and choose “Other”.

This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties — not even fonts.
